A) Quotations aretypically available in half days to two days. This may varyslightly depending on the complexity of the part. We understandthere are cases where we need to rush a quotation - wewill do our utmost to meet those requests.

A) Our normallead time is one to two weeks for new orders and oneweeks for repeat orders. This may vary slightly depending oncomplexity of part, availability of materials and work load. Weunderstand there are cases where we need to rush an order- we will do our utmost to meet those requests.
Q) How doI specify color?
A) Colors arecustom matched to PMS colors and your custom color chips. We usecolor spectrophotometers and MacBeth color booths for control ofcolor.
Q) Can Isee a sample of my part?
A) Yes. We canprovide 6-10 samples at no charge after receipt of yourpurchase order.
Q) Isthere a minimum order requirement?
A) No. We processorders ranging from 25 pieces to millions of pieces. A minimum lotcharge based on the complexity of the job is applied to smallorders.
Q) Do youhave standard pricing?
A) The productswe manufacture are customized to customer specifications, we do nothave a standard pricing schedule.

Adhesives FAQ
Q) Whattype of adhesive do I need for my nameplate?
A) Adhesiverecommendations are made based on the type of substrate thenameplate is applied to and the specs the bond needs to meet. Wecan help with recommendations providing technical data sheets andtesting as needed.
Q) Do youoffer 3M™ adhesives?
A) Yes. We alsooffer Necal adhesives as cost effective alternative to 3M™adhesives. You make the choice. We can provide you with suggestedalternatives and technical data sheets to support ourrecommendations.
Q) Can Ihave a selective adhesive on my nameplate?
A) Yes. Selectiveadhesive can be applied through screen printing or as an assembleddie cut piece. Screen printed adhesives are applied in a very thinlayer and allow tighter control of tolerance. Die cut adhesives isappropriate for thicker adhesives and foam adhesives.
Q) Canyou supply parts with a tab for assistance in removal of theadhesive liner?
A) Yes. There areseveral tab options available depending on your needs. We will workwith you recommending solutions to assist you in assembly of yournameplate to your product.
